Circular Gauge Chart – Major Ticks

Gauge Chart - Major Ticks: This video contains how format Gauge Chart - Major Ticks in AIV.

• This document is all about how to use the Major Ticks feature of the Gauge chart in AIV. By using this feature, the user can make changes in the Major Ticks appearance of the Gauge chart.

1. Go to the Edit menu of the chart > Formatting tab > Major Ticks

2. Width: By this user can make changes in the thickness of major ticks of the Chart.

3. Height: Used to make changes in the height of the major ticks of the chart.

4. Offset: By using this user can set the distance of the minor ticks from the circle.

5. Position: It has two options in the drop-down: - Inside & Outside. Used to set the position of the major ticks inside or outside of the circle as required.

6. Color: Used to set the color of the major ticks. Users can select any of the colors from the palette.

7. When the user selects Inside from the drop-down of the Position feature, the chart will look as per below:
