Purge Job

Schedule Purge job allows user to clean all the files stored in the Archives.

To Schedule Purge job you need to follow below steps:

Click on the icon which opens the following context menu.

You can schedule your purge jobs based on different moments of time as follows:-

Right now

If you want to run purge job at the current moment.

To schedule job in Once, click here —>

Once

The purge job will run once at the specific time on the day mentioned by the user.

To schedule job in Once, click here —>

Recurring

If you want to run your request purge job multiple times within an hour, day, week, month or year.

To schedule job in Recurring, click here —>

You can schedule Purge Jobs just like you schedule your reports based on time.

For detailed instructions on scheduling reports, refer to the Reports section in the Documents. To access this information, click on Schedule Reports.

To run purge jobs immediately, click on Right Now and then click on in order to run the archive jobs.

Additionally, you can specify how many times an purge job should re-run in case of failure.
