Audit Functionality

The Audit function displays actions such as file creation, uploading, or downloading by users for specific files. This process remains consistent across all sections of the application. You can refer to the document below to understand the audit functionality for all sections of the application.

This video contains information regarding how to audit in AIV.

To perform audit, follow these steps:

1. Choose the files or folders for which you wish to view details.

2. Right-click on the selected item and choose “Audit” from the context menu, as illustrated below:

3. Here, you can examine the following details of the “Order details.rptdesign” file:

4. To refine the audit results, specify the Start Time and End Time as indicated in the figure below:

5. After setting the start and end times, click on the Filter icon, as shown in the figure below:
