Property
The Property functionality within the AIVHUB application facilitates users in executing the following processes:
- Updating the names of files and folders.
- Viewing properties of files and folders, including owner information, last updated by, creation date, archive and purge options, file visibility (e.g., Private, Internal, Public), and additional attributes.
Property: This video provides guidance on how to check properties in AIV.
To view the Property for the file or folder, follow the steps below:
- Select the file or folder for which you wish to view properties or update information such as Name or Description by choosing
from the dialogbox. This action will prompt the appearance of the following dialog box:
- The Name can be updated. Additionally, within the File Properties, there is an additional tab for Output Type. This tab enables users to select or deselect the file Output visibility Type, such as pdf, doc, HTML, etc. Upon completion, click
to save the changes to the file Properties, if any.
This procedure allows you to check the properties of your files/folders within the AIVHUB application.
