Create Quickrun

This video contains how to Create Quick Run in AIV.

Create a Quick Run

For this example we are using the Customers details report.

Download report.zip file from link given report.zip.

After downloading the zip file, upload Customers details into the report section of AIV. To upload it into AIV follow this link .

Login to AIV application with your credentials. You will be landed to your landing page.
Go to Hamburger menu > Documents > Quick Run
There are two ways in which a user can create Quick run in the AIV application.

I. By clicking on the icon located at the bottom most toolbar.

II. Right-click anywhere in the empty area of the list view and choose Create Quickrun.
Selecting Create Quickrun using any of the methods above opens the following dialog box:
Click the button to choose a report; this will open the dialog box shown below:
For this example: select Customers details as shown in the image below:

You must provide a name for your Quickrun as shown below:
Enter the parameter(s) as shown in the figure above and click the button.
You have now successfully created a quickrun named Quick Run Demo, which will appear in the List View.
Double click on the Quick Run Demo , and the screen shown beow will appear:
In this manner, you can create Quickrun in the AIV application.
If the user is not satisfied and wants to cancel the quickrun request, he can do this by clicking on the cancel button next to submit or by clicking on button next to the icon.
In case of any further help, the user can click on the icon to access the AIVHUB help documents.
