Hide Grid in Report Export

This Document Explains how to disable grids in a report scheduled in XLSX, XLS, XLS_spudsoft format.

Disabling Grids in Scheduled Reports

  1. By default, grids are visible when you export or schedule reports in XLSX format. The report output appears as shown below:

  2. To remove these grid lines from the report, use the checkbox in the output tab of the scheduler window as shown below:

  3. By default, this checkbox is unchecked, meaning grids will be visible. To remove gridlines, check the Hide Grid checkbox and run the report. The output will look like this:

Disabling Grids in Exported Reports

  1. If you are exporting a report from the export report option, a hide grid checkbox is also available.

  2. Click on the Export Report option.

  3. Select the XLSX option from the dropdown list.

  4. Select the All Pages option and you will see the Hide Grid checkbox at the bottom.

  5. Check this box and click Submit to export the report without grid lines.

  6. This setting is also applicable to XLS and XLS_spudsoft formats.
