Introduction

Shared Resources refers to the collection of artifacts that are accessible by default to all users within the same organization. For efficient and consistent access, it is essential that all users within the organization utilize the same network connection and repository. This ensures that the shared files are uniformly available to everyone, promoting collaboration and consistency in the use of resources.

In simple terms, a shared location in the repository is where artifacts are accessible to all application users. It’s best practice to place only those files in this location that will be used throughout the organization, such as images, themes, and data sources.
