Addition Of “Search” Placeholder:
- A placeholder with the text “Search” has been included in the search bar situated at the top-right corner of almost all the screen to add a visual cue to user.

Modifications in Grid
- Checkboxes within the grid have been made dynamic. They now appear only when a user hovers over an item or selects it.

Reposition of Full Path Column:
- The Full Path column has been removed. Now, you can find the path beneath the filename for easier reference.

Action Button Placement Changed:
- The Action button (…) has been relocated to the right of the filename and will now only appear when hovering over the filename.
