Archive Job

Schedule Archive job allows user to store all values or information in archives.

To Schedule Archive job you need to follow below steps:

Click on the icon which opens the following context menu.

Click on to open the following dialog box:-

You can schedule your archive jobs based on different moments of time as follows:-

Right now

If you want to run archive job at the current moment.

To schedule job in Once, click here —>

Once

The archive job will run once at the specific time on the day mentioned by the user.

To schedule job in Once, click here —>

Recurring

If you want to run your request archive job multiple times within an hour, day, week, month or year.

To schedule job in Recurring, click here —>

You can schedule Archive Jobs just like you schedule your reports based on time.

For detailed instructions on scheduling reports, refer to the Reports section in the Documents. To access this information, click on Schedule Reports.

To run archive jobs immediately, click on Right Now and then click on in order to run the archive jobs.

Additionally, you can specify how many times an archive job should re-run in case of failure.
