Request Fail

  1. Login to your AIV account.

  2. From Hamburger menu go to Document > Report section. Image

  3. Select any report in which parameter are used. For this example we are using Customer details.

  4. When user schedule the report they will see a pop-up notification of Fail.

  5. Go to Request section & Select Customer details from the Report Name from the left side of the screen & screen will look as pre below:

  6. Click on Failed request & user will see Image icon at the right side as shown below

  7. Once user clicks on Image icon, they will be able to see below message.
