Save as quicklink

Quick Link provides users with a toolkit for quickly find the files of the AIV application. Users can flag the files they need quickly and can access them from any section of the application whenever necessary.

  1. Right-click on the file you wish to add to the Quick Link list, then select Save to Quick Link, as depicted in the figure below:

  1. After clicking the Save as quick link button, a dialog box will appear on the screen. Add the name of the quick link.

  1. Once you’ve added the name, click on the submit button.

  1. As the files are added to the list, a popup message will appear at the top of the screen, as shown below:

  1. You can then access the Quick Link from the quick menu in any section using the top-right corner menu bar:

  1. Click on the Quick Link icon, and a menu will appear on the screen with the quick links, as shown in the figure below:

  1. Clicking on the file’s name will redirect the user from the current view to the file location in the AIV application.
