Checking Version details of your report

The Version option shows the number of versions of the selected report, as well as the version that the user is currently using.

To check version details, follow these steps:

• Select the file or folders for which you want to view details.

• Right-click and select “Version” from the context menu as shown below:

• Here, you can view the following version details of “Customer Details.pdf”:

• This allows you to check the version details of your reports in the AIV application.
