Introduction

The Alerts section enables users to create short messages, known as alerts, that provide information to the user about performing specific tasks or the success or failure of particular tasks.

The Alerts section is located within the Request section of the AIV application. To access the Alerts section, users can click on ‘Alerts’ to open it in the same window. Alternatively, they can click on the new window icon next to the Alerts tab to open it in a new window.Image

Unpurge

Marking a file as unpurge typically implies reversing the process of purging or permanently deleting a file. This action would restore the file, making it available again after it was previously purged or removed.

Audit

To monitor logs of file or folder changes and modifications, you can implement a file auditing system. File auditing allows you to track and record changes made to files and folders, including who made the changes, what changes were made, and when they occurred. This can be particularly useful for security and compliance purposes.
