Switch User

In the Switch User section, users can switch accounts to another as per the assigned Backup User.

Backup User

Backup Users are designated users who can manage other users’ accounts in their absence or when they are unable to access AIV for a set period. The assigned Backup User can access and manage the accounts of the user(s) for the specified duration, ensuring smooth operations within the organization during their absence. Users can enable or disable the Backup User feature and specify the duration, including future dates.
