This document will guide users on how to preview the dashboard list in Grid View, which includes various functions such as Audit, Copy, Move, and Version.

Objective

To Preview Dashboards in Grid View.

Preview as Grid: This video contains how to preview the dashboard in grid view in AIV.

Steps to preview dashboards in list view

1. Go to Hamburger Menu then select the Dashboard Section.

2. User has to click on the List View icon as shown in the image above.

3. It will open a Grid view of all Dashboards as shown below:

4. Right-click on any dashboard and you’ll find the grid functions like audit, copy, delete, upload, share etc.
