This document will guide users on how to preview the dashboard list in Grid View, which includes various functions such as audit, copy, move, and more.

Objective

To preview dashboards in Grid View.

Preview as Grid: This video explains how to preview dashboards in Grid View in AIV.

Steps to Preview Dashboards in List View:

1. Go to the menu and select the Dashboard section.

   

2. Click the icon to open the Grid View of all dashboards,as shown below:

   

3. Right-click on any dashboard to access grid functions such as audit, copy, delete, upload, share, and more.

The Dashboard tab contains the following items:

Create a new Dashboard
Preview and Edit Dashboard
Dashboard Widgets
Dashboard Layers,Views and Tabs
Dynamically Link Widgets
Configure Dashboard
Miscellaneous Operations
