Generate Report

Generate Report is used to create a report for the acknowledged message. Once the message is submitted and successfully acknowledged, its report can be generated.

Generate Report for Dynamic Message: This video explains how to generate a report for a dynamic message in the AIV application.

Steps to Generate a Report in AIV:

  1. Right-click on the existing message and select Generate Report from the context menu.

  2. Once you click Generate Report, a Generate Report dialog box will appear.

The generated report is displayed as below

As the message was sent to the Demo User, it is acknowledged by the Demo user on the date mentioned.

As the message is of type Rating, selected option shows Excellent which is option selected by the user to rate the application. In this manner you can generate reports for the acknowledged Dynamic Messages in the AIV application.
