Cleaner Job

Schedule Cleaner job allows user to remove unnecessary or not useful files from the storage.

To Schedule Cleaner job you need to follow below steps:

Click on the icon which opens the following context menu.

You can schedule your cleaner jobs based on different moments of time as follows:-

Right now

If you want to run cleaner job at the current moment.

To schedule job in Once, click here —>

Once

The cleaner job will run once at the specific time on the day mentioned by the user.

To schedule job in Once, click here —>

Recurring

If you want to run your request cleaner job multiple times within an hour, day, week, month or year.

To schedule job in Recurring, click here —>

You can schedule Cleaner Jobs just like you schedule your reports based on time.

For detailed instructions on scheduling reports, refer to the Reports section in the Documents. To access this information, click on Schedule Reports.

To run cleaner jobs immediately, click on Right Now and then click on in order to run the archive jobs.
