Time Schedule

  • By this document user will learn how to schedule dataset based on time parameter as per requirement.
What is Dataset scheduling by time? 🕙
  • Time scheduling in AIV allows users to automate tasks or datasets to run at specific times or intervals. This feature enables users to set up schedules based on hourly, daily, weekly, or custom timeframes. With time scheduling, users can streamline their workflows, ensure timely data updates, and optimize resource allocation within the AIV platform.
  • There are three methods of scheduling the dataset :
1. Right now :
  • If you wish to view the report’s output immediately, you can access it at the current moment.

  • Click here to see the how to Schedule Dataset using Right Now.

2. Once :
  • The report or dataset will execute once at the specified time on the user-defined day.

  • Click here To learn more about scheduling datasets using the “Once” option, you can refer to the documentation or tutorials provided within the AIV platform. These resources typically offer step-by-step instructions and guidelines on how to schedule datasets for one-time execution. Alternatively, you may reach out to the support team for assistance with scheduling datasets using the “Once” option in AIV.

3. Recurring :
  • If you need to run your dataset multiple times within an hour, day, week, month, or year, you can set up recurring scheduling in AIV. This feature allows you to automate the execution of your dataset according to your specified frequency and intervals, ensuring timely updates and data processing.
